MEET THE OWNER

Matt Wiedemer has been devoted to the field of strength and conditioning, and human performance for more than 20 years. Matt has been employed in the fitness industry since 1998 and currently owns and operates BEAT Personal Training in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Many knowledgeable coaches leave the fitness industry in frustration because they can’t earn a consistent and sustainable income. Consulting with Matt gets you two 30 minute phone calls a week with unlimited texts and emails.
